Vivanco Secures New Winter Park Location for Mecatos

Mecatos Bakery & Café is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere and Colombian-inspired menu featuring favorites such as empanadas, buñuelos, pan de bono, desserts, smoothies, and high-quality specialty coffee imported from Colombia and roasted locally at the company’s distribution center.

The new Mecatos Bakery & Café is expected to open in 2026, offering locals and visitors a fresh and delicious option for coffee, baked goods, and casual dining. This activation not only fills a long-vacant space, but also enhances the vibrancy and economic momentum in one of Central Florida’s most beloved communities.
