Ben’s advancement to Vice President of Brokerage Services reflects his exceptional production, leadership, and commitment to client service. Since joining FCPG in 2021, Ben has been involved in a transaction volume of over $138 million, specializing in industrial, flex, and office real estate. Beyond his deal work, Ben holds an active leadership role within the firm and the broader commercial real estate community, including serving with CORFAC International and as Board President of The Milk District Main Street.
With over two decades of experience across investment management, development finance, and capital advisory, Dan’s promotion to Director, Investment Sales, underscores his depth of expertise and strategic approach. Dan has co-managed a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio and brings institutional-level insight to acquisition, disposition, financing, and capital structuring assignments, creating meaningful value for FCPG clients across asset types.
Senior Sales & Leasing Associate
Bryan’s promotion to Senior Sales & Leasing Associate reflects a standout year of performance, highlighted by a record-setting 88 completed transactions in 2025. With a strong focus on small-bay industrial, Bryan has built a reputation for executing high-volume, detail-driven deals while delivering consistent results for both owners and tenants. His analytical approach, organizational strengths, and ability to manage complex transaction pipelines have made him a key contributor to FCPG’s continued success.
Senior Sales & Leasing Associate
Jesse’s advancement reflects his success in guiding landowners, developers, and investors through complex land transactions, delivering clarity, insight, and results across a wide range of development projects. Since joining FCPG in 2022, Jesse has become a trusted advisor to landowners and developers, guiding clients through zoning, entitlement, and site evaluation processes with clarity and care.
Chelsea Bammert
Vice President of Marketing
Chelsea’s promotion to Vice President of Marketing recognizes nearly nine years of shaping and elevating the FCPG brand. Since joining the firm in 2017, Chelsea has built and led a best-in-class marketing operation, overseeing property-specific campaigns, digital strategy, branding, and firmwide initiatives. She has spearheaded numerous “firsts” for FCPG, from drone photography and video to Matterport tours, data-driven marketing analytics, and a consistent social media presence, earning multiple internal awards for her impact and leadership. Through her CORFAC International committee roles, she has helped unite marketing specialists across affiliate firms and elevate their collaboration across the network.
