Matheny Brings Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls to Downtown Orlando

Congratulations to Jeré Matheny on bringing Downtown Orlando’s 2 South Orange building to 100% occupancy. The last remaining suite was leased to Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a high-end fast-casual chain specializing in authentic Maine lobster rolls. This is their first location in Central Florida. This great addition adds to the growing list of diverse dining options moving to Downtown Orlando, as downtown trends away from an overabundance of bars and nightclubs and towards dining and retail options.

In addition to the lease, Matheny completed the renewal of Jimmy John’s, also within 2 South Orange, ensuring the building remains fully occupied. Be sure to watch for Mason’s Famous Lobster Roll’s grand opening this summer!
