ABOUT BRYAN RICHARDSON
Bryan joined First Capital Property Group (FCPG) as an Analyst on the land team in December of 2021 and now serves as a Senior Sales & Leasing Associate. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
Bryan’s primary focus is on landlord representation with experience in industrial, retail, and office transactions. He has also been involved in advising and assisting developer clients with market analysis, site selection, and contract negotiations.
Bryan’s previous experience in accounting, finance, customer service, and project management, in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, gives him a unique skillset to serve his clients effectively. As a highly detail-oriented person, Bryan enjoys creating and managing systems to ensure he and his team delivers on client expectations in a timely manner with excellence.
Currently, he is responsible for a portfolio of 1.8 Million SF of commercial real estate in Central Florida.
Bryan lives in Orlando and has been married to his wife Dina since 2016. Together, they have two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball. He is an active member of University Presbyterian Church and currently serves as an elder and small group leader.
