Richardson Renews JConcepts at Hunt Industrial

First Capital Property Group has completed a lease renewal for JConcepts at Hunt Industrial, the largest small-bay industrial park in South Lake County.

JConcepts signed a 2-year renewal for 21,000 SF at 15370 County Road 565A in Groveland. Bryan Richardson, Senior Sales & Leasing Associate at FCPG, represented the transaction.

The renewal keeps an established tenant in place at the 17-building, 200,000 SF park, which sits near SR 50, Highway 27, and Florida’s Turnpike with easy access across Greater Central Florida.
