ABOUT BRYAN RICHARDSON
Bryan joined First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) as a Sales and Leasing Analyst in 2021 and now serves as a Sales & Leasing Associate. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
Bryan is dedicated to listening to his clients needs and goals in order to develop strategies that obtain maximum satisfaction. He assists his clients with lease analysis and negotiation, tenant evaluation and selection, site evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, market surveys, and selling commercial assets.
As a highly detail-oriented person, Bryan enjoys creating and managing systems to ensure he and his team delivers on client expectations in a timely manner with excellence.
Bryan lives in Orlando with his wife of 7 years, Dina, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball. He is an active member of University Presbyterian Church.
