ABOUT BRYAN RICHARDSON
Bryan joined First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) as a Sales and Leasing Analyst
in 2021 and now jointly serves as a Sales & Leasing Associate and Brokerage Operations
Manager.
He is an integral member of the Brokerage team, navigating inbound leads, facilitating tours, as well as drafting and reviewing LOIs and PSAs for a portfolio with over 1.1 million SF in the past year. Recent notable projects include Cross Ridge Exchange (Clermont), Stoneybrook Exchange (Winter Garden), and Retail Outparcels (Lake Nona.)
Bryan also assists with brokerage operations to help the FCPG team better serve it’s
clients by implementing technology solutions, building processes to increase efficiency,
managing deal pipelines, and undertaking market research and analysis.
He is dedicated to listening to his client’s needs and goals in order to develop strategies that obtain maximum satisfaction. He assists his clients with lease analysis and
negotiation, tenant evaluation and selection, site evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, market surveys, and selling commercial assets.
As a highly detail-oriented person, Bryan enjoys creating and managing systems to ensure he and his team delivers on client expectations in a timely manner with excellence.
Bryan lives in Orlando with his wife of 8 years, Dina, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball. He is an active
member of University Presbyterian Church.
