Gonzalo brings more than 35 years of real estate experience across three continents and has become a powerful resource for international advisory services. Fluent in five languages and having lived in nine countries, Gonzalo’s global reach and dealmaking history include high-profile transactions ranging from luxury condos in Miami Beach to wineries in Chile and private islands in Colombia. His client roster spans tenants like CFS Coffee and developers such as Quest Capital. A native of Chile and a seasoned entrepreneur and actor, Gonzalo’s vision and leadership are helping to expand FCPG’s global footprint and international relationships.

Originally from Sydney and now proudly based in Central Florida, Liam brings energy, transparency, and a service-first mindset to his role as a Tenant Rep. His career path—spanning business ownership, timeshare sales, and nonprofit operations—gives him a multi-dimensional view of the CRE industry. Armed with a MiCP designation and a talent for relationship-building, Liam focuses on helping tenants and buyers navigate the process of securing the ideal space for their business. He’s teamed up with Trey Gravenstein and Michael Castrilli, enhancing FCPG’s ability to serve clients statewide. When he’s not working deals, Liam’s likely outdoors with his wife and kids, kitesurfing, or training in MMA.

Sherica joins us with a strong foundation in investment strategy and client advocacy, bolstered by a Master of Science in Real Estate from UCF. She brings a data-driven mindset, grounded in her proficiency with Proforma modeling and CMA tools, and a well-rounded professional background in residential real estate, construction supervision, and procurement. Sherica thrives on helping buyers and tenants navigate complex transactions with clarity, precision, and calm confidence. A yoga enthusiast and dedicated family woman, Sherica also invests her time in increasing real estate access and education within underserved communities.

A recognized local changemaker, Dominique offers a rare blend of urban strategy and operational know-how. As the City of Orlando’s first Nighttime Economy Manager, and one of the first globally, she helped reshape how cities partner with hospitality and entertainment businesses. At FCPG, Dominique applies that same vision to advisory work across retail, flex, hospitality, and entertainment assets, with a special focus on adaptive reuse and progressive placemaking. She’s also an experienced business broker, supporting clients through acquisitions, transitions, and expansions. A UCF Rosen College Distinguished Alumna and founder of the Orlando Hospitality Alliance, Dominique brings passion and purpose to everything she does.
