DOMINIQUE GRECO’S PROPERTIES

ABOUT DOMINIQUE GRECO

Since joining First Capital Property Group in April 2025, Dominique has brought her operator’s eye and planner’s mind to the world of commercial real estate. She advises clients across retail, flex, hospitality, and entertainment assets, helping navigate entitlements, adaptive reuse, and progressive repositioning strategies with a focus on long-term impact.

With strong ties to both local and national hospitality and entertainment communities, Dominique bridges the gap between investors and operators—connecting capital with concepts that prioritize sociability, placemaking, and operational viability. She also provides business-brokering support, helping clients buy, sell, or transition businesses as part of their larger real estate or
portfolio strategy. Whether guiding a brand’s expansion or unlocking the hidden potential of a property, Dominique delivers insight that helps clients make decisions with purpose and clarity.

Dominique was named to Orlando Magazine’s 50 Most Powerful People list and honored as a 40 Under 40 award recipient by the Orlando Business Journal. As the City of Orlando’s first Nighttime Economy Manager—and one of the first in the world—she redefined how cities engage with their entertainment districts by bridging the gap between business operators, property owners, local
government, the community and stakeholders. In 2023, she was named Distinguished Alumna of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she also earned her Master’s in Tourism Leadership.
Dominique is the founder of the Orlando Hospitality Alliance, Central Florida’s first and only organization dedicated to building community across the “local & social” business scene— including food, beverage, nightlife, music, and creative spaces. She is especially passionate about sociability and the role of progressive, place-based businesses in shaping inclusive, thriving cities. With deep roots in Central Florida and a long view on inclusive growth, Dominique is helping shape the future of places where culture, commerce, and community intersect.
