Since joining First Capital Property Group in April 2025, Dominique has applied a unique blend of hospitality expertise and entrepreneurial insight to commercial real estate. As founder of the Orlando Hospitality Alliance, she brings an operator’s mindset and a community-first approach to every deal.
Dominique advises clients across hospitality, retail, and entertainment assets, with a focus on adaptive reuse, repositioning, and experiential strategy. Her extensive network in hospitality and cultural sectors allows her to connect capital with concepts, helping investors and operators bring places to life.
In addition to her brokerage work, Dominique provides consulting services for clients seeking guidance on early-stage concept development, placemaking strategy, and experience-driven site planning. She also supports business acquisitions, transitions, and expansions as part of broader portfolio strategies. Her work spans site selection, deal structuring, and aligning creative vision with financial goals.
Dominique was named to Orlando Magazine’s 50 Most Powerful People and Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. As the City of Orlando’s first Nighttime Economy Manager, she developed new ways for cities to engage with entertainment districts by aligning operators, property owners, and civic stakeholders.
In 2023, she was named Distinguished Alumna of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She currently works with Congressman Maxwell Frost, Visit Orlando, United Arts, and other community leaders to advance Central Florida’s social economy.
