May, 2019 – Orange County Public Schools purchased 161 acres in northwest Orange County at Sadler Rd and Round Lake Rd from Orlando Beltway Associates Round Lake Round, LLC.  Charles (Chuck) J. Mitchell, Jr., CPM, CCIM of First Capital Property Group, Inc. represented the Seller. The transaction closed at $3,542,000 or $22,000 per acre.
