June 5, 2019 – Dan Van Nada, CCIM and Hunter Strickland, CCIM of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) completed the sale of the two story, ± 4,206 SF Office Building. The $350,000 sale closed on June 5, 2019. Van Nada and Strickland represented the seller, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Florida, Inc. The buyer was Matthew West, LLC represented by Chip Crissey of Cosmo Home Realty.
