March, 2019 – Dan Van Nada, CCIM completed the 5-year lease at The Jefferson Building (111 W Jefferson St, Orlando, FL 32801) to Acme AtronOmatic, LLC, who leased the 7,646 SF 2^nd floor for 5 years.

ACME AtronOmatic, LLC, are the makers of the popular MyRadar weather app, and they also provide other weather and aviation data solutions.  The new space is an expansion of their Orlando presence, and compliments their other development offices in Portland, Oregon.  MyRadar has been downloaded over 35 million times and is available on iOS, Android, Windows, and XBOX

This transaction maintains The Jefferson Building’s 100% lease rate. Van Nada represented the landlord in this transaction.
