November, 2019 – The First Capital Property Group (FCPG) Brokerage Team completed over $12,500,000+ in lease and sale transactions in the month of October. These transactions included 3 investment sales and one owner occupant acquisition, along with several of lease transactions. The two most noteworthy sale transactions include, Emerald Lakes Plaza and Gateway Center, which are both located in Clermont, FL.
