October, 2019 – Dan Van Nada, CCIM of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) completed the $3,650,000 purchase of Emerald Lakes Plaza, a 33,568 SF retail center anchored by Save-A-Lot. FCPG represented the buyer (Lou Natem, LLC) in the transaction. Kevin Yaryan, of SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the seller.

FCPG will assume the management and leasing of the center, located at 1203 W. Highway 50, Clermont, FL 34711.
