Bruder Latin Restaurant & Brewery Signs Long-Term Lease at Oviedo Mall
First Capital Property Group is proud to announce that Bruder Latin Restaurant & Brewery has signed a long-term lease at the Oviedo Mall, taking over the 8,789-square-foot space formerly occupied by Oviedo Brewing Company.
Bruder will invest over $1 million into a full renovation of the space, transforming it into a vibrant, Colombian-inspired dining and brewery experience. The restaurant will feature handcrafted beer, Latin-American cuisine, and a lively atmosphere designed to bring new energy to the heart of Oviedo.
