Dan has a depth of experience in both sales & leasing. Dan’s prior experience in managing a national chain retail operation gives him a unique perspective that enables him to better serve both Tenant and Landlord. Dan has pursued further education opportunities and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which he uses to better serve his client’s needs. Additionally, Dan has been involved in the sale and leasing of over $225,933,000 in overall transaction volume. In 2023, Dan was recognized as Broker of the Year for being the highest producer on the team.
Dan resides in Maitland with his beautiful wife of thirteen years, Liz, his daughter, Bonnie, and his sons, Jesse and Wesley. He serves as an elder of Orlando Grace Church, enjoys Scuba diving in his free time, and is an avid fan of the Gators.
