ABOUT BRYAN RICHARDSON
Bryan’s primary focus is on tenant and landlord representation with experience in industrial, retail, and office transactions. He has also been personally involved in helping developer clients with market analysis, site selection, and contract negotiations.
Bryan also assists with brokerage operations to help the FCPG team better serve it’s clients by implementing technology solutions, building processes to increase efficiency, managing deal pipelines, and undertaking market research and analysis.
Bryan’s previous experience in accounting, finance, customer service, and project management, in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, gives him a unique skillset to serve his clients effectively. As a highly detail-oriented person, Bryan enjoys creating and managing systems to ensure he and his team delivers on client expectations in a timely manner with excellence.
Currently, he is responsible for a portfolio of 1.3 Million SF of commercial real estate in Central Florida.
Bryan lives in Orlando and has been married to his wife Dina since 2016. Together, they have two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball. He is an active member of University Presbyterian Church and currently serves as a small group leader.
