Vivanco Secures New Winter Park Location for Mecatos

The French Cafe signed a 10-year lease for 2,617 SF at 13526 Village Park Drive in Orlando, FL 32837. The French Cafe is a Parisian-style bakery and café serving brunch, gourmet pastries, and coffee daily.

Mecatos Bakery & Cafe purchased a 5,843 SF building at 504 West Vine Street in Kissimmee, FL 34741. Mecatos is a Colombian bakery and café brand with 9 locations across Central Florida, known for its specialty Colombian coffee, Pan de Bono, arepas, and made-from-scratch pastries. The Kissimmee location adds to a growing restaurant footprint that includes a Winter Park opening planned for later in 2026.
