ABOUT WM. BRADY McGILL, CPM

Brady is involved in the oversight of First Capital Property Group’s (FCPG) property management portfolio and the day to day operations of FCPG. He also spends a large portion of his time focused on new business development and real estate investment planning. Brady helps current and prospective owners develop strategies to add value to their investments in both the short and long term.
Brady began his real estate career 18 years ago in Central Florida. Over his career he has had diverse experience in commercial, multifamily and affordable housing real estate portfolios. He initially began in site acquisition and multifamily development. That experience gave him a platform to expand to commercial real estate sales and leasing. Brady then worked several years managing a portfolio of multifamily housing communities prior to joining FCPG.

Brady has been married to his beautiful wife, Joy for 17 years and they have three children, two girls and a boy. Aside from his professional activities, Brady is a member of Lake Baldwin Church and Elevate Orlando, a local non-profit.
