Since Trent began his career at First Capital Property Group, he has undertaken a wide range of projects with a variety of public & private clients. His exposure to nearly all aspects of the real estate cycle, including management, leasing, finance, consulting, syndication, & acquisition & disposition, combined with market knowledge gained, has provided him a unique understanding of the critical factors in real estate investment.

Trent’s educational background in finance & management allows him to serve clients effectively & creatively by exploring & explaining the opportunities & realities of a prospective deal so that all options are presented. With a focus on strategic thinking, he has found opportunities & solutions for numerous clients & investors.

Trent has completed over $230,00,000 in total real estate transactions of various sizes & structures. He has also completed over 100 Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) on various commercial properties across Florida.
