Wilson Closes $5,000,000 Office Building in Windermere, FL

December 2021 – Congratulations to FCPG’s Dan Wilson on the well-deserved closing of the United Medical Corporation Building in Windermere, FL. Just in time for the new year, the UMC building closed December 31st and sold for $5,000,000. The 12,810 SF, two-story office building was purchased by Dijon Real Estate LLC. Dan was able to help the seller achieve top-dollar for the building, as well as set the record for second highest $/SF ($390 per SF) for comparable office property in the last 2 years.
