October 13, 2017 – Dan Van Nada and Trent Scott, CCIM of First Capital Property Group have completed the following investment sale transaction:

Dan Van Nada and Trent Scott, CCIM have completed the sale of the Welaka Building located at 110 W 1st Street. The building sold for $1,725,000 to 110 W First St, LLC. First Capital Property Group represented the Seller in this transaction and Andrus & Morgan Co. represented the Buyer. First Capital Property Group has been involved with the property since it’s redevelopment in 1996 and will be retained for the management and leasing of the building.
