Van Nada, CCIM & Kuykendall Complete Multiple Leases for The Good Pour

Congratulations to Dan Van Nada, CCIM and Ben Kuykendall who recently completed not one, but two deals with The Good Pour! Dan and Ben leased the 9,000 SF former CVS space in College Park to The Good Pour, a Winter Park-based chain of luxury wine and spirits shop, which will be their flagship store. The pair also completed a lease in Maitland, leasing out a 2,480 SF office building which will act as The Good Pour’s headquarters. Great job Dan and Ben!
