April 2022 – Congratulations to Austin McWilliams and Bryan Richardson on the closing of a 24.4 Acres multifamily / retail development on Narcoossee Road. The parcels are situated within the rapidly expanding Lake Nona, and are within 1 mile of 2,700 high-end apartment units that are either under development or recently built. McWilliams and Richardson represented the buyer along with Kevin Hipes of Hipes Consulting & Brokerage LLC.
