January 2022 – Congratulations to Jeré Matheny on the first closing of 2022, the Historic Tinker Building located in the heart of the Central Business District. Previously occupied by Orlando Weekly; The Tinker Building, built in 1925, is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The ±5,900 SF building closed for $1.7 million on January 7th, and was purchased by The Southern Group, “one of the largest and most respected lobbying firms in the state … that also would be a great steward of a historic building.” Read more about the deal HERE.
