DAN VAN NADA OF FCPG COMPLETES ± 25,797 SF BUILDING SALE
May, 2019 – Dan Van Nada, CCIM of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) completed the sale of the ± 25,797 SF Welaka Building in Historic Downtown Sanford, FL. The $2,510,000 sale closed on May 10, 2019. Van Nada represented the seller, 110 W. FIRST ST, LLC. The buyer was Tamares, LLC.
FCPG has managed and leased the Welaka Building since 1996; this is the second sale of the building that FCPG has brokered.
