Congratulations to Fire & Knife, a family-owned pizzeria and market, who recently opened their first location in Winter Garden! Chef Joe Guilla is a third-generation restauranteur with 35 years of experience, and is the former head-chef of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. With one bite, the restaurant’s authentic Italian cuisine took our own Michael Castrilli back to his grandmother’s kitchen in the Molise region of Italy.

Available soon will be a grab-and-go section, ideal for those mid-day lunch cravings or a quick pick-up dinner. Currently, exclusively in-store pick-up only, Fire & Knife will soon be available on your favorite food delivery apps.
