Gravenstein and Castrilli Closes 10-Year Lease for Workout Anytime

November 2021 – Congratulations to Workout Anytime for their new 7,000 SF location in the Linkside Shoppes off US-1 in Ft. Pierce. This is the 17th Florida location for the national chain that focuses on convenience and “Fitness that Fits.” Trey Gravenstein and Michael Castrilli represented the landlord and Rich DiDonato of CBRE represented the tenant. Look for there grand opening in Spring 2022!
