July 2022 – Congratulations to Trey Gravenstein and Michael Castrilli on bring the Tower Medical Center in Clermont, FL to 100% occupancy; the first time in property history. The final remaining suite was leased to Clermont Family Eyecare, an eyecare center dedicated to providing a full spectrum of high-quality personalized eye care for the whole family.
