First Capital Property Group has completed a 47,125-square-foot sublease at 8550 McCoy Road, Orlando, FL 32822, representing tenant Karat by Lollicup in the transaction.

Ben Kuykendall and Dan Van Nada, CCIM, both Vice Presidents of Brokerage Services at FCPG, represented the tenant.

Karat by Lollicup, a foodservice packaging and supply brand, secured the space in Orlando’s southeast industrial corridor near Orlando International Airport.
