April, 2018 – Dan Van Nada and Hunter Strickland of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) earned their Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation on April 11, 2018. In order to earn this high achievement, Van Nada and Strickland have each completed over 160 hours of case study based education, submitted a portfolio showcasing their qualifying experience within the commercial real estate field, and finally, passed a comprehensive written exam.

The CCIM designation is the commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement in the United States, and 32 other nations. Only 6% of commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation.

Dan Van Nada and Hunter Strickland join Trent Scott and Charles (Chuck) J. Mitchell with their CCIM designations to bring the FCPG Brokerage Team total to 4 CCIMs. The CCIM designation ensures clients that the Commercial Real Estate professional will be knowledgeable and credible.
