October, 2020 – Dan Van Nada, CCIM and Ed Bean of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) completed the multi-property sale of two Former Daycare properties. 195 E. Bullard in Lake Wales, and 340 2^nd Street in Winter Haven, sold on October 23 for $305,000, to buyer Park Haven Holdings, LLC.  FCPG represented the seller, U.S. Bank National Association, in this transaction.
