FCPG has closed $12.5 Million in Medical Deals thus far in 2021 and continues to see an increase in activity in the medical marketplace.

Through the first four months of 2021, FCPG has completed 122,805 SF of medical deals totaling $12,481,760.54. Deals ranged from 704 SF to 50,571 SF and included both landlord representation and tenant representation deal types in Orlando and Tampa in Florida, as well as in Texas.

In addition, the pipeline of active deals is continuing to widen as both market veterans and new entrants look to secure desirable locations as they make plans for future market growth.
