Michael joined First Capital Property Group in 2018, specializing in tenant and landlord representation across retail, industrial, and office transactions. In 2021, he acquired and sold a 13,065 SF Harley-Davidson building on 5.2 acres in Clermont, FL, showcasing his expertise in complex commercial syndications. Michael has managed and leased his family’s 14,000 SF retail shopping center and a 3,000 SF free standing building in the downtown area of Winter Haven, Florida for 8 years.  He has been able to keep both properties at 100% leased.

Michael has been married since 2010 to his wonderful wife, Marla. Together they have three children. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and following college and professional football.
