Michael joined First Capital Property Group in 2018, specializing in tenant and landlord representation across retail, industrial, and office transactions. He develops strategic plans to enhance asset value through leasing, acquisitions, and property management. In 2021, he acquired and sold a 13,065 SF Harley-Davidson building on 5.2 acres in Clermont, FL, showcasing his expertise in complex commercial syndications. With a client-focused approach and strong market analysis, Michael has successfully facilitated transactions for new retail and office developments, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in commercial real estate.
Michael possesses a deep understanding of the demands, needs, and priorities of both tenants and landlords. With over 15 years of experience leasing and managing his family’s commercial real estate properties, combined with 10 years of successfully operating a limited liability company, Michael brings a unique dual perspective to his work.
