LANDOWNERS / SELLERS
Properties Ranging in Size- Advise landowners in property evaluation based on current market conditions and future zoning opportunities
- Walk alongside an owner to ensure the sale process is understood through transparent communication with the goal of achieving the best purchase price
- Work with internal marketing team to create unique marketing strategy to best showcase property to potential owners
RETAIL LEASING
Property - Tenant Matching- Partner with landlords/landowners to identify best-use tenants for a subject space
- Uncovering a property’s story and communicating that through internal and outward marketing tactics
- Example: Two Outparcels along high-traffic Narcoossee Corridor
RETAIL DEVELOPERS
Identify Land for Development- Help retail developers acquire land for the purpose of developing desired retail development whether that is freestanding user or power center
- Navigate the entire development process including, but not limited to: identifying the opportunity, working with local municipalities, working to identify tenant mixes, zoning processes, etc.

ABOUT JESSE KING
Jesse King joined First Capital Property Group (FCPG) in June 2022, specializing in land acquisition and disposition for residential, commercial, and industrial development. Jesse partners with landowners, developers, and investors to evaluate sites, navigate zoning and entitlement processes, and uncover value that might otherwise go unseen. His focus includes market research, site selection, and contract negotiation—helping clients from individual property owners to institutional investors move forward with confidence and achieve successful outcomes.
Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Jesse worked as a coach, teacher, and department chair in the education field. These roles strengthened his ability to listen, communicate, and lead—skills that now serve his clients exceptionally well.
A relational professional at heart, Jesse is skilled at uncovering what clients truly need from a site and guiding them through the process with clarity and care. His detail-oriented nature and passion for research allow him to identify the best opportunities—both on and off market—ensuring his clients’ goals are met with precision and efficiency. Throughout his time at FCPG, Jesse has been involved in multifamily, residential, retail, and industrial land deals.
Jesse lives in Orlando and is married to his wife Rachel, who he met while both were studying at Troy University. They have been married since 2018 and have a son, Henry and daughter, Annie.
He is an active member of First Baptist Orlando, where he spends Sundays volunteering in the children’s ministry, volunteering as a small group leader and member of the check-in team. He is an avid sports fan and helps to coach the varsity soccer team at The First Academy. He enjoys time outside with his family hiking, exploring new places, and playing disc golf.
