IDENTIFYING LAND OPPORTUNITIESMultifamily | Build-To-Rent | Mixed-Use
- Assist the Land Team in finding land acquisition sites for multifamily, retail, and mixed-use developers
- Research current zoning, future land use entitlements, demographics, surrounding development, etc. to help clients underwrite opportunities

ABOUT AUSTIN McWILLIAMS
Bryan joined First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG) as a sales and leasing analyst
in December 2021. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
Bryan focuses on analyzing potential land opportunities for multi-family and retail buyers by helping clients navigate market studies, site evaluation and selection, and investment analysis.
Bryan’s previous experience in accounting, finance, customer service, and project management, in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, gives him a unique skillset to serve his clients effectively.
As a highly detail-oriented person, Bryan enjoys creating and managing systems to ensure he and his team delivers on client expectations in a timely manner with excellence.
Bryan lives in Orlando with his wife of five years, Dina, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball. He is an active member of University Presbyterian Church.
