ABOUT DANNY COELLO
Danny is a business brokerage consultant, entrepreneur, and marketing strategist dedicated to helping business owners unlock value, accelerate growth, and successfully navigate critical business transitions. His approach is grounded in 17+ years of building and scaling a business, with deep experience in revenue generation, market positioning, and business valuation that directly informs his advisory work today.
In 2026, Danny joined FCPG to formalize this advisory work at the intersection of business transactions and commercial real estate. He leads business brokerage and M&A advisory engagements for entrepreneurs and owner-operators across industries, with particular depth in transactions where real estate is part of the picture. His approach is rooted in firsthand experience with what drives long-term profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Danny is the founder and CEO of DS&P Digital Marketing & PR Agency, established in 2009, with offices in Chicago, New York, and Dallas. Over nearly two decades, he built the agency from a marketing services firm into a full business advisory practice, supporting clients across strategy, operations, market positioning, growth, and transaction preparation.
That operational foundation directly shapes his consulting today. He understands what it takes to build a business, optimize its operations, and position it for acquisition or growth. When working with clients preparing to buy, sell, or expand, Danny brings the perspective of someone who has navigated revenue generation, market positioning, customer acquisition, scaling challenges, and the strategic decisions that separate sustainable businesses from those that plateau.
Danny is married to his beautiful wife, Yulia, a corporate finance professional with experience in executive roles domestically and internationally. They have one son, Diego. Beyond his professional work, Danny is a fifth-generation Seventh-Day Adventist and has volunteered his time to many Christian organizations throughout the years.
Studied Business Administration, Music Theory & Composition, Architecture and Marketing, both domestically and internationally.
