First Capital Property Group has closed a 7-year medical office lease at 2902 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32804. The tenant, an OB/GYN practice, will occupy 3,716 square feet at the property.

FCPG brokers Sherica Segre, MSRE and Jeré Matheny represented the tenant in the transaction.

The lease adds to a growing number of medical office deals in the Orlando market, where demand for specialized healthcare space continues to rise. North Orange Avenue sits in one of Orlando’s established medical corridors, close to major hospitals and healthcare facilities.
