A seasoned professional with a diverse background, Liam brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Tenant Representative Broker in Commercial Real Estate. Before entering the industry, Liam owned and operated a successful business and worked in timeshare sales, where he sharpened his negotiation and relationship building skills. He also has experience working with a nonprofit organization managing properties, coordinating venue maintenance, and engaging with people at all levels. These roles have provided him with a unique perspective on property management, customer service, and business operations, making him a valuable asset in the real estate field.
Liam’s diverse career trajectory and academic foundation enable him to approach every real estate transaction with a unique and well-rounded viewpoint. With his entrepreneurial background and hands-on experience in property management, he is well-equipped to help tenants navigate their commercial real estate needs. Whether it’s finding the perfect space or negotiating favorable lease terms, Liam is dedicated to achieving optimal results for his clients.
Originally from Australia, Liam is known for his friendly sense of humor, active lifestyle, and deep love of the outdoors. A devoted family man, he married his beautiful wife, Illiana, in 2018 in Sydney. Together they are proud parents of three young children, Camila, Jordy, and Celeste, who share their enthusiasm for sun, water, and adventure.
In his free time, Liam enjoys practicing MMA and kitesurfing, always seeking new challenges. He is actively involved in volunteering at his church and remains deeply committed to giving back to his local community. Liam values genuine connections and is dedicated to building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
