October, 2018- Wm. Brady McGill recently earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Designation and was pinned last week during IREM’s – 2018 Global Summit in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Next-Gen CPM
This designation was achieved after being nominated and selected as a member of IREM’s Next-Gen CPM Leader Program inaugural class. Following a national pool of candidate nominations/applications, Brady and 20 other real estate professionals were chosen as members for an accelerated CPM® Designation & Leadership training program (Link to 2017-2018 Next-Gen CPM Class) exclusively for real estate companies with an AMO® Firm Accreditation.
FCPG, an AMO Firm
The accelerated CPM program is designed for the next generation of Leaders within an AMO Firm. An AMO, Accredited Management Organization, is one that has demonstrated a high standard of trust, credibility and performance. First Capital Property Group, Inc (FCPG) is one of 19 AMO HQ Firms in Florida and the only Commercial Real Estate Firm Headquartered in Orlando.
CPM Designation Requirements
In order to complete the CPM Designation, a candidate must be nominated by an AMO Firm, have at least 2 years of real estate management experience. The experience component is made up of two factors, a minimum portfolio size and functions performed.
Brady’s twelve years of commercial real estate experience in commercial management, commercial sales and leasing, new business development and real estate investment planning more than qualified him for the Next-Gen CPM Leaders Program.
