December 4, 2017 – Trey Gravenstein of First Capital Property Group completed the following retail sale transactions:

Trey Gravenstein completed the sale of the ± 9,729 SF Retail site located at 17736 US Highway 27, Clermont, FL 34711. The site sold for $835,000 to American Family Feed & Supply. First Capital Property Group represented the Seller, RH FL, LLC, in this transaction.

Additionally, Gravenstein completed the sale of the ± 4,233 SF Freestanding Retail site located at 12540 W. County Road 48, Bushnell, FL 33513. The site sold for $480,000 to Ocala Land Investment Group, LLC. First Capital Property Group represented the Seller, RH FL, LLC, in this transaction.
