November, 2017 – First Capital Property Group, Inc. promoted Wm. Brady McGill to Vice President of Asset Management. McGill began with the First Capital Property Group, Inc. in 2015 as Asset Manager. He will oversee First Capital Property Group’s portfolio and spearhead new business development.

Katie Landers was promoted to Senior Property Manager & Director of Commercial Associations. Landers has been with the First Capital Property Group, Inc. since 2008 and will now oversee the administration of all the commercial and medical association portfolio.

First Capital Property Group, Inc. hired Chelsea Ritter as Marketing Coordinator. Ritter brings a wide array of marketing & branding experience to both the brokerage team & First Capital Property Group as a whole. She will oversee the overall marketing and branding of the company.
