March 15, 2018- First Capital Property Group, Inc. attended the 2018 Book of Lists Celebration Reception, hosted by the Orlando Business Journal. This event celebrated the industry leaders who were featured on the notable lists compiled by OBJ based on company performance. FCPG was honored to be on two of these prestigious lists this year; Top Veteran Owned Businesses and Top Property Management Companies in Central Florida.

FCPG is 10th in the Top Veteran Owned Businesses in Central Florida with $2.87 million in revenue. Charles (Chuck) J. Mitchell, JR., CPM, CCIM served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1983.

FCPG is 17th in Top Property Management Companies in Central Florida with 1.52 million square feet of properties managed. This is comprised of retail, office, industrial, flex, medical properties and associations.

FCPG has been featured in the Orlando Business Journal’s Book of Lists on at least one list for the past 10 years.

This event provided a platform for networking with some of the leaders of the top companies who proudly serve the Central Florida Region.  Charles (Chuck) J. Mitchell, Jr., CPM, CCIM, Dan Van Nada, Trey Gravenstein, Hunter Strickland, Katie Landers, LCAM, Steven Richart and Chelsea Ritter were in attendance representing FCPG.
