Receivership Services
Receivership services are provided Charles J. Mitchell, Jr., CPM, CCIM and David R. Pierce, CPM, CCIM. These professionals have combined real estate experienced in Central Florida of over 50 years.
Receivership appointments are subject to final approval by the presiding court and are generally made at the recommendation of the plaintiff or defendant in a foreclosure lawsuit. The receiver is technically an employee of the court and must answer to the court and all parties to the lawsuit.
Receivership services are normally provided on a time and material basis and are generally rendered in concert with other property management, leasing, brokerage, and professional advisory services.
