Wm. Brady McGill & Trent Scott, CCIM completed the sale of ±19.48 acres located at 1446 Fernery Lane, Leesburg, FL 34748. The land sold for $425,000 to Leesburg Development III, LLC. First Capital Property Group represented the Seller in this transaction.
